A Few Changes

There have been a few small changes around our home this past week. The first...

Our living room became our bedroom for a few days. We were watching a documentary on the History channel about sea monsters (okay we're dorks) and then on the craziness between South and North Korea which has become my new interest. The couch is not comfortable for two people to lay on... no matter how many times you try. Trust us! So, we brought our mattress into the living room and it stayed there for quite a few days.

Next up...

We finally decorated for Halloween. Woo hoo!! I know it's pretty lame, but what else do you do with a door and window.

And last but not least, I am husband-less for five days. He is in Chicago where he brought only a sweatshirt and insisted that "it really wasn't going to be cold there". Okee dokee! He's going on a school/business trip. It's a great opportunity for him to get experience working with a big company and just something cool to put on a resume.

And until he returns home, the cockroaches will stay under the cups and bowls they are trapped under around the house.
